This website, www.thefashionstation.in is managed and operated by The Fashion Station, a business operating under the laws of India, having its registered office at 8th Floor, Unit No. 8125, Gaur City Mall Office Space, Sector 4, Greater Noida West, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India — 201318.

(“The Fashion Station”, “we”, “us” or “our”) manages and operates the website www.thefashionstation.in and the corresponding mobile and tablet applications thereof (collectively, the “Platform”) through which it, inter alia, offers various retail solutions and facilitates the online sale and purchase of a diverse range of products including lifestyle, fashion, clothing, apparel, footwear, accessories, and other products listed on the Platform from time to time (“Products”) to the users of the Platform (“User”, “Users”, “you” or “your”).

Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to The Fashion Station. This site, including all information, tools and services available from it, is offered to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

Pricing & Product Accuracy

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, availability and prices. Typographical, technical or pricing errors may occasionally occur. If a material error affects an order, we may contact you for confirmation at the corrected price or cancel the affected item and notify you.

An order acknowledgement confirms that we have received your order; it does not by itself confirm acceptance or dispatch. Acceptance occurs when the order is confirmed for fulfilment or dispatched, subject to stock availability, payment verification and applicable law.

If The Fashion Station cancels an order after receiving payment, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method. Bank or payment-provider processing times may apply. Prices and availability may change before an order is accepted, but changes will not be applied retrospectively to an accepted order except with your consent or where required to correct a genuine error in accordance with applicable law.

Mode of Making Payments

Available payment methods may include credit cards, debit cards, net banking, wallet, UPI, Paytm and Cash on Delivery. The methods available for a particular order are displayed at checkout. Cash on Delivery is limited to eligible orders up to ₹5,000 and supported pin codes.

Cancellations, Refunds & Returns

The Fashion Station offers 30-day, no-questions-asked returns. A return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery by following the process in our Returns Policy.

Cancellation is not guaranteed after an order is placed. Contact us promptly with your Order ID; if processing or dispatch has begun, cancellation may not be possible and the applicable return process may be used after delivery. Refund methods and processing details are governed by our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy. Nothing in these policies limits mandatory consumer rights.

Chat Functionality

The chat functionality provides general assistance with Site-related questions. AI-generated responses are informational and may not reflect current stock, final pricing, payment confirmation or order-specific decisions. Such matters should be verified through your account or with customer care.

Your Representations

You agree to, and make, the following representations: that you will use the services of the Site for lawful purposes only and comply with all applicable laws and regulations while transacting on the Site.

You must provide accurate, current and complete information where requested. We may reasonably verify information needed to process an order, prevent fraud or protect the Platform. Access may be restricted where information is materially false, fraudulent or used in breach of these Terms, subject to applicable law.

You may use only a payment method that you are authorised to use. Suspected unauthorised transactions should be reported promptly to the relevant bank or payment provider and to The Fashion Station. Responsibility for an unauthorised transaction will be determined under applicable law and the payment provider’s terms.

You are responsible for reviewing the product description, price, included components and delivery information before ordering, and for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. These responsibilities do not limit any mandatory rights or remedies available under applicable consumer law.

You may not use the Site for any of the following purposes:

Intellectual Property Rights

The Fashion Station and its suppliers and licensors expressly reserve all intellectual property rights in all text, programs, products, processes, technology, content, software and other materials which appear on this Site. The compilation (meaning the collection, arrangement and assembly) of the content on the Site is the exclusive property of The Fashion Station. Access to this Site does not confer, and shall not be considered as conferring upon anyone, any licence under any The Fashion Station or third-party intellectual property rights.

All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by or licensed to The Fashion Station. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing any information in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without the permission of The Fashion Station. Any reproduction for purposes other than those permitted, modification, distribution, republishing, transmission, display or performance — without the prior written permission of The Fashion Station — is strictly prohibited.

The “The Fashion Station” name and logo, and all related product and service names, design marks and slogans are the trademarks or service marks of The Fashion Station. All other marks provided on the Site are the property of their respective companies. No trademark or service-mark licence is granted in connection with the materials contained on this Site. Access to this Site does not authorise anyone to use any name, logo or mark in any manner.

All materials, including images, text, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, programs, music clips, downloads, video clips and written and other materials that are part of this Site (collectively, the “Contents”) are intended solely for personal, non-commercial use. You may download or copy the Contents and other downloadable materials displayed on the Site for your personal use only. No right, title or interest in any downloaded materials or software is transferred to you as a result of any such downloading or copying.

You may not reproduce (except as noted above), publish, transmit, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, sell, or participate in any sale of, or exploit in any way, in whole or in part, any of the Contents, the Site or any related software. References on this Site to any names, marks, products or services of third parties, or hypertext links to third-party sites or information, are provided solely as a convenience to you. This does not in any way constitute or imply The Fashion Station’s endorsement, sponsorship or recommendation of the third party, information, product or service, or any association or relationship between The Fashion Station and those third parties. The Fashion Station is not responsible for the content of any third-party sites and does not make any representations regarding the content or accuracy of material on such sites. If you decide to link to any such third-party websites, you do so entirely at your own risk.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use and the Policies shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India. For proceedings arising therefrom, the courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar (Greater Noida), Uttar Pradesh shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any rights available to consumers under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

The parties should first attempt to resolve a dispute through the customer-care and grievance-redressal process. This does not prevent either party from using any court, consumer commission, statutory authority or other remedy available under applicable Indian law.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify The Fashion Station against direct losses, liabilities and reasonable costs resulting from your unlawful use of the Platform, material breach of these Terms, infringement of a third party’s rights, or fraudulent conduct. This clause does not apply to losses caused by The Fashion Station’s own breach, negligence or unlawful conduct and does not limit mandatory consumer rights.

Termination

You may stop using the Platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, unlawful activity or a material breach of these Terms, and may provide notice where reasonably practicable. Termination does not affect an accepted order, accrued payment obligation, refund, return, statutory right or liability that arose before termination.

Service Availability & Limitation of Liability

We aim to describe products and operate the Platform accurately and with reasonable care. Product-specific manufacturer warranties, where supplied, are in addition to—not a replacement for—rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing in these Terms requires a consumer to pursue only a manufacturer or supplier where The Fashion Station has an obligation under applicable law.

Information from third-party websites or resources is provided for convenience. We do not control third-party content and cannot guarantee its continuing availability or accuracy. This does not exclude responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

While The Fashion Station aims to make the Site accessible 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, the Site may be unavailable from time to time for any reason — including, without limitation, routine maintenance. You understand and acknowledge that due to circumstances both within and outside the control of The Fashion Station, access to the Site may be interrupted, suspended or terminated from time to time. The Fashion Station shall have the right at any time to change or discontinue any aspect or feature of the Site, including but not limited to content, hours of availability and equipment needed for access or use.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Maintenance, network failures, security events or circumstances outside reasonable control may cause temporary disruption. Where an interruption affects an order or payment, we will address the matter in accordance with the applicable policy and law.

General information supplied through chat, email or social media is based on the information available at that time. Order-specific status, stock, price, payment and dispatch information should be verified through the Platform or customer care. This clause does not exclude liability for a representation or obligation that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Site Security

You are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the Site, including, without limitation:

Violations of system or network security may result in civil or criminal liability. The Fashion Station is entitled to investigate occurrences that may involve such violations and may involve, and cooperate with, law-enforcement authorities in prosecuting users who are involved in such violations. You agree not to use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of this Site or any activity being conducted on this Site. You further agree not to use or attempt to use any engine, software, tool, agent or other device or mechanism (including without limitation browsers, spiders, robots, avatars or intelligent agents) to navigate or search this Site other than the search engine and search agents available from The Fashion Station on this Site, and other than generally available third-party web browsers.

Regarding Transactions

A bank, card issuer or payment provider may decline a transaction for reasons outside The Fashion Station’s control, including an account limit or verification requirement. We are not responsible for the provider’s independent decision, but this does not exclude responsibility for any error caused by The Fashion Station or any right available under applicable law.

Entire Agreement

If any part of these Terms of Use is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law — including but not limited to the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above — then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed to be superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision, and the remainder of the Terms of Service shall continue to be in effect. Unless otherwise specified herein, these Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and The Fashion Station with respect to the Site / services, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written. The Fashion Station’s failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive its right to act with respect to the breach or subsequent and similar breaches.
