At The Fashion Station, we strive to offer a seamless and secure shopping experience for all our customers. To ensure the best possible service and to minimise misuse of the Cash on Delivery option, we have implemented the following COD policy. Cash on Delivery is available only at select pin codes across India and is not applicable for orders with a total value above ₹5,000. For higher-value orders, we offer a range of secure prepaid options — all backed by our 100% original guarantee and 30-day return policy.

01 · COD Service Charge

₹200 Per COD Order

We charge an additional ₹200 on every order placed using Cash on Delivery. This amount is added over and above the product price at the time of checkout. The charge is clearly displayed before you place the order — no hidden fees.

Why We Charge a COD Service Fee

Prevention of Fake & Fraudulent Orders
COD orders carry a higher risk of fake or fraudulently placed orders, which result in unwanted financial losses and operational challenges for us. The COD charge helps mitigate these risks and ensures genuine order placements.
Courier Partner COD Handling Fees
Our logistics partners charge extra for handling COD shipments — including cash collection, reconciliation and remittance processes. The COD fee helps cover part of these additional charges.
Limited Cash Handling Infrastructure
Handling COD orders involves additional manual processes and resources — verification, tracking and secure cash transfers. The service fee helps support these backend requirements.

Please Note
To keep our COD service running smoothly for everyone, we kindly ask customers to accept their Cash on Delivery orders at the time of delivery and to ensure their delivery address is complete and accurate. If a COD order is refused at delivery or returned due to an incomplete address, it is marked as Returned to Origin (RTO). To protect against repeated misuse, COD eligibility may be reviewed for accounts with a history of refused deliveries. If you ever need to cancel, please reach out to us before dispatch — we’re always happy to help.
