Back Order means that Bookings and Possibly the delivery of earlier batch of products has been completed or in progress. However , when there is more demand – we make arrangements from designer to Provide you the product on special request. For Back Order Products – the delivery time can vary from 4-6 weeks.
If there is still delay from designer , we are always open for Full refund or exchange as per customer’s requirements.
