WHAT IS LAWN COTTON OR WHAT ARE LAWN SUITS?

Lawn fabric is a silky substrate and it is purest form of Cotton which is lightweight and is identical to batiste or voile with a bit more of a structure to it. Cotton lawn fabric is mostly made of 100% cotton; however, lawn is found in other types of fibers as well. The threads in this particular fabric are quite fine which can result in supple drapes that are perfect choices for linings and warm weather clothes.

HOW CAN I PLACE THE ORDER?

Simply add to cart and checkout with any of the payment methods. All orders should be placed online through our website www.thefashionstation.in or from our android app.

WHAT ARE SHIPPING CHARGES?

We provide FREE shipping to all customers located in India.

However for all international customers – Shipping charges are calculated automatically at the checkout depending on shipping partner you chose or the weight of the cart and some other factors. Rates are live and not decided by us with respect to shipping.

DO YOU PROVIDE CASH ON DELIVERY?

HOW CAN I GET OPEN PICTURES BEFORE PLACING THE ORDER?

Unfortunately , we cannot provide open pictures for all dresses. However from time to time we may post open pictures on our facebook page.

ARE MATERIAL STITCHED?

Most Items are unstitched dress material only.

The Items were Size is not given – those all dresses are Unstitched. Only the Items where Size is given are Stitched.

95% of our stock is Unstitched Dress Material only. You can order Optional Stitching service if you want along with the dress material.

WHY IS MY ORDER SHOWING AS PROCESSING?

Processing means that we have received your order and it will be shipped to you soon. Sometimes – Order will still show “Processing” even if it has been shipped.

DO YOU WHOLESALE AS WELL?

Yes. Please whatsapp us at +919990968786 for any requirements of complete sets. We do not provide any special discount to re-sellers on single pieces.

DO YOU HAVE A STORE OR OUTLET?

No. Unfortunately we do not have a Physical store or an Outlet. But – we are planning to open a store soon in Delhi NCR.

HOW WILL I GET THE REFUND?

Refunds of your order will be done in form of store credit (Fashion Station Wallet) only which will be valid for six months which can be used to place a new order.

SHOULD I REGISTER AN ACCOUNT BEFORE PLACING THE ORDER?

No. You can place the order as Guest. However to view order history and for best shopping experience we recommend that you create an account with us before placing the order.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We strive to deliver all items as fast as possible. However for imported items like “Original Pakistani Suits” or any Item which is under prebooking – Delivery time can vary between 2 Weeks to upto 4 weeks. You can read our shipping and returns policy here.

CAN I CANCEL ORDER ONCE PLACED?

Unfortunately we cannot cancel the order once it has been placed. No matter if it was shipped or not.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

WILL I GET TASSELS AND LATKANS AS SEEN IN IMAGE?

Yes and No! They are provided by us only if they are supplied by the Designer. Usually tassels and other accessories are shown in the Product Image only during photo shoot and are not supplied with the material. Very a few designers will supply these “Extra” items along with the dress material. Btw – its not hard for the tailor to add it for you at the time of stitching. In picture you may see tassels and other accessories – its there in the picture to give customer an IDEA how they can add things to customize it.

HOW DO I CHANGE STORE CURRENCY TO USD?

On product page please click on FILTER MENU to find settings to change store currency.

WHY DO I SEE INCREASE IN PRICE OF CERTAIN ITEMS?

Very Rarely  you will notice that when stock is back in stock the price is higher on some brands. This is because the stock we have is purchased initially from designer in bulk  and we get a certain discount from brand – However when our stock that we got in discount is over and we still have demand , we restock it by purchasing from the retail outlets of brands at full price. Usually all restocked items are restocked at a higher price and discount that we give is on all products mostly . Our pricing is based on the price we get from the designer , when discount is high we pass on the discount to our customers and keep lowest price on Internet for e.g. in our Hot Sale Category – here.

On Rare occasion as stated here only RESTOCKED OR RELISTED stock is priced a little on higher side as our purchase price is high :))

This is why you will see an increased price on some restocked or relisted products. Please be assured that we are always 100% Honest in our dealings and will never ever cheat our customers! And we will continue to bring you best designer suits.

I DID NOT RECEIVE THE MATERIAL IN BOX- WHY IS IT SO?

Most products we deliver are not in box. This is only to avoid extra weight charges levied by the International Couriers – this helps us keep our price low on our website and also helps us give you FREE shipping within India.
