We strive to deliver all items as fast as possible. However for imported items like “Original Pakistani Suits” or any Item which is under prebooking – Delivery time can vary between 2 Weeks to upto 4 weeks. You can read our shipping and returns policy here.

Yes. We do entertain inquiries on whatsapp at +918826278688. However- our working hours are from Monday to Saturday 10 AM IST to 7 PM IST. Average response time on whatsapp is 4-6  working hours. Sometimes we are busy with other customers and are not able to immediately attend your query on whatsapp. In such a situation – please email us at [email protected]

Yes. We provide Free shipping anywhere in India for all prepaid orders.

Yes. We provide International shipping at Nominal fee which is calculated automatically at the checkout. For rough idea you can refer to the rate Calculator here. 

We accept payment through Net-Banking , Debit Card , Credit Card and through NEFT transfer. We also provide Cash on Delivery (COD) facility to select cities and for select products. International Customers can use Payment gateway by CC Avenue to make the payment. They can also pay via PayPal , Xoom or Transfer-wise.

Yes. We provide COD facility to major pin codes within India. However not all products qualify for COD. You can read our COD policy here.

Some customers do not accept COD order at the time of delivery due to various reasons – including change of mind , delay in delivery of order , fake orders , a slightly better deal on some other website / vendor etc. Due to this the parcel comes back to us which is called as RTO or return to Origin – which includes 200% courier fee. That means that for a parcel that is not delivered and comes back to us we have to spend approx Rs 400-600 INR unnecessarily. Moreover if the material was short in supply it is blocked only in transit for 15-20 days – and during this time a genuine buyer is not able to buy that product as it becomes temporarily out of stock! So- in the end only the genuine customers suffer due to non-delivery of a confirmed COD order.

We are always happy to provide COD of any value to all genuine customers who have a good track record in accepting COD orders. We process such orders manually and change a high value transaction into COD for all genuine clients. On the other hand – we blacklist all customers who do not accept COD orders without a valid reason

Yes we do. To use Paypal – you need to enter Billing Address which is outside India. Shipping Address can either be within India or Outside India. Once you fill these details on checkout form you will be able to use Paypal. Currency is converted automatically to USD by Paypal once you are on payment screen.

No. You cannot cancel the order once it has been placed. No matter if it was shipped or not.

Though we strive to give you a great customer experience each time you shop with us  and all our products are Quality Checked before dispatch- in a rare case you received a wrong or a defective/damaged product – we will provide you exchange as per our exchange policy.

Exchange Process:

  1. Drop an email at [email protected] and inform us on the same day you received the delivery along with the digital pictures of the product received.
  2. Once approved – Kindly send the material back to us (and inform us with the tracking details at [email protected]) using Indian Postal Service or any courier of your choice at the address given below:

Once we receive the parcel- we will send you the replacement product. In case replacement is not available due to non-availability of the product – we will issue you store credit/coupon code that you may use and place a fresh order.

What will not be considered as DEFECT :

  • Difference in shade/tone
  • Beads coming out
  • Extra accessories missing (not supplied by designer)
  • Little portions of threads coming out
  • Tassels or Buttons not supplied by the designer. In such cases you can ask your tailor to include it at time of stitching or you can ask us to include it if you by our stitching service.
  • Dupatta Edges in not proper shape. This is not a defect as normally unstitched fabric may not necessarily have finely finished edges. This can be easily taken care of through “Picko” at the time of stitching.
  • On any product you ordered a STITCHING SERVICE from us.

Usually – Minor issues can be taken care of at the time of stitching. If you want your dress to look exactly like shown in picture- we recommend that you buy our professional stitching service. You can learn more about it here.

When is Cash refund available ?

Cash refund is only available if we cancel your order due to non-availability of a product or service or any operational issue. In case of exchange and If replacement is not available – we will issue you store credit coupon code that you can apply at the checkout and buy any material you like from our online store.

While we value our customers the most and we are 100% committed towards meeting demands of all customers – we have exchange policy instead of refund (or money back). Reason being – most products on our website are Imported items and are from the Top designers from the world. Also- as most items are sold out during the pre-booking phase – refunds causes extra operational issues  and therefore to provide better service to our customers we have only No Questions Asked Exchange policy.

Yes – almost every item that we ship will have branding of the designer on the packaging. This ensures customer trust and we understand its really important and satisfying while buying Originals. However – on rare Occasion there is no branding on the material or packaging supplied by the designer. This does not mean that you received a REPLICA. Its our promise and Guarantee to you that if you ordered an Original – you will 100% get an Original product as we take customer trust very seriously.

We ensure hat the product descriptions and photographs provided on this web site are accurate and life-like. Whilst the reproduction of colors and styles contained on the photographs shown on this web site are as accurate as image and photographic processing will allow, The Fashion Station  Do not accept responsibility for  variances in color or style.

Yes and No! They are provided by us only if they are supplied by the Designer. Usually tassels and other accessories are shown in the Product Image only during photo shoot and are not supplied with the material. Very a few designers will supply these “Extra” items along with the dress material. Btw – its not hard for the tailor to add it for you at the time of stitching.

Normally – all designers provide product image along with the product. On rare occasion product image is not supplied by them. In this case we recommend that you take a print of the image or download the image in your phone and show it to your tailor for stitching purpose.

Processing means that we have received your order and it will be shipped to you soon. Sometimes – Order will still show “Processing” even if it has been shipped.

No. Unfortunately we do not have a Physical store or an Outlet. But – we are planning to open a store soon in Delhi NCR.

We will try our level best to stitch your material as given in product pictures.

However- EXTRA Buttons , Panels, tassels  etc which are not supplied by the designer in original box but shown in model picture for photography purpose will not be added at time of stitching. We can only add these extra accessories only if supplied by the designer or if they are available in Local Indian Market with matching color , fabric etc. Also -Pattern shown in Image can only be made if there is sufficient amount of Fabric available. Sometimes – Patterns given in Image are only for Photography purpose and it is difficult to make it similar during stitching. Please be assured that we will try our 100% to match stitching material to look like given in Image but there can be limitations for reasons beyond control.

In case of Originals – The answer is Yes. It will be the same. However – there may be slight difference in shade between the product shown in Image and the actual product received. Please bear in Mind that sometimes some additional accessories given in picture may not be the part of the actual product.

In case of a Copy or a Replica the answer is No. It will not be exactly the same- However it will be similar. Please consider the value for money before purchasing the replica. For more information – please read this.

No. Except for the Indian Kurtis – All products are unstitched dress material.

We believe in 100% fair trade practice. Your COD facility may be suspended if you did not accept the “Confirm COD Order” delivery. We have clearly explained the reason for this kind of policy here.

Imported Items- Specially the Original Pakistani Dress Material are sourced from Pakistan. Sometimes due to Geo-Political situations the order can be delayed for reasons beyond our control. Therefore we recommend our customers to give at least buffer time of 4 weeks for delivery if you are planning to wear the material in an occasion.
