How Returns Work

Raise your request within 30 days
Inform us within 30 days of delivery if you wish to return your order, via our Returns Centre or WhatsApp.

We arrange free doorstep pickup
Once your request is approved, we arrange a free doorstep pickup across India. Please keep the item unused, unwashed and in its original packaging with brand tags intact.

We receive & inspect
Once we receive the product, we verify it against the eligibility terms below.

Exchange or refund
We arrange an exchange, or a refund to your Fashion Station Wallet, as per your request. See our refund policy for full details.
Eligibility

What Can Be Returned

✓ Unused & unstitched dress material
Only unused, unwashed and unstitched dress material in its original packaging with brand tags can be returned.
✓ Within the 30-day window
Your return request must be raised within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Important — Required for Claims
360° Parcel-Opening Video

Once your order is delivered, kindly make a 360-degree parcel opening video without any pause, trim, or cuts, ensuring the parcel opening is clearly visible. No claims of defective or wrong product will be entertained without a parcel opening video.

Refunds

How You’re Refunded

For eligible returns, you can choose an exchange or a refund to your Fashion Station Wallet, valid for six months and usable immediately on a new order. In any case where we are unable to fulfil or deliver your order, the full amount is refunded to your original payment method. Full details are on our refund policy page.

Please Note

Non-Returnable Items

✕  Stitched, Pret or Custom-Stitched products are strictly non-returnable, irrespective of wrong size or fit.
✕  Perfumes, jewellery, men’s kurta payjama, bags, clutches, footwear, jootis, stitched suits and made-to-order suits cannot be cancelled, exchanged or returned.
✕  Items under any offer, any item in discount or from our “SALE” category, or bought using a promotion code or coupon, cannot be cancelled, exchanged or returned.
✕  Once placed, The Fashion Station Membership (rewards & membership program) cannot be cancelled or refunded.
