Shipping & Delivery

We strive to ship all orders as fast as we can with best couriers by AIR to most pin codes.  However – as we  list & book products which are under pre-booking the Delivery time can vary between 1 Week to upto 4 weeks. There can be times when you ordered 2 or more products – in such cases you may receive the product at different times as per stock availability and through different courier partners.

“Original Pakistani Suits & Dress Material” are mostly sold-out during pre-booking period only , so we would suggest you to book your order as soon as possible to avoid delays and plan well in advance if you are placing an order for an occasion.  In addition to this “TENTATIVE SHIP DATE” and “TENTATIVE SHIP TIME” are generally mentioned under “Product Description” section on every product listed on the website as given in example below:

In general we follow the following schedule :

READY TO SHIP – PREPAID” (Online Payments) orders are usually shipped within 3-8 business days. All prepaid orders enjoy free and faster shipping within India.

“READY TO SHIP- CASH ON DELIVERY”  orders are usually shipped within 8-14 business days. Please read our COD policy here.

If you ordered a stitching service from us- Delivery can take 15-35 days from date of Order.

“PRE-BOOK” Or “UP-COMING” PRODUCT” orders are shipped as per the timelines given by the manufacturer.  Shipping time for upcoming products can vary from 15-30 days.

We work on FIFO “First in First Out” model- which means that Orders that came first will be shipped first.

International Shipping**

We provide International Shipping at a nominal price. Actual International shipping rates will vary depending on weight and dimensions of the package that is sent. We ship International orders through DHL or FEDEX. For more information – please call or whatsapp at +91.8826278688.

**All taxes – Custom duties (if any) will be borne by the Customer as per laws in home country. 

Delivery time for International Delivery (Outside India) will be between 10-45 days. will not be responsible in any manner for any International orders that get delayed due to any paper work in Home or Destination country.


Returns Policy

We take utmost care while shipping your order however there can be times when you received a defective or a wrong product. 

You can exchange or opt for a refund in the unlikely situation in which  we have sent you a defective or wrong item, the amount will only be refunded if purchased good are unused and undamaged with all original tags, physical product picture , Invoice and packaging material.

In a rare case you have received a defective Product or a wrong product, please immediately notify us (within 24 hours) by calling us at +918826278688 or by sending an email at [email protected] and attach the “Digital” pictures of the product received as an evidence. We will accept returns of all products if you have received a damaged, defective or a completely wrong item.

What will not be considered as DEFECT :

  • Difference in shade/tone
  • Beads coming out
  • Extra accessories missing (not supplied by manufacturer)
  • Little portions of threads coming out
  • Any defect not acknowledged by the manufacturer


Reverse Pick-up 

If your product qualifies for a return as per our returns policy, we will arrange reverse pick-up if the reverse pick-up service is available at your pin code. If the reverse pick-up is not available – customer will need to send the parcel back to us at the address provided by – in such case reverse shipment charges will be borne by the customer.


Refunds Policy

Refund of prepaid orders will be sent back to the Original mode of payment within 10-14 working days. For Cash on Delivery orders – refunds will be processed in form of STORE CREDIT or COUPON code only except in case when an alternate or replacement is not available.


Original Guarantee

Anything Listed or marked/labelled under “Original” category on our website is Guaranteed to be 100% Original and they will be exactly the same as “MANUFACTURED” by the company.

However regarding shade & color of products our Original Guarantee Policy also states that:

  1. Shades shown depend on the settings of your personal monitor and may vary from actual products.
  2. The model pictures are sometimes graphically enhanced and therefore the actual product received may slightly vary from the image shown in the product picture.


Cancellation of Order by The Fashion Station reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received. The 100% payment shall be refunded (as per refunds policy) and the customer shall be informed of the same.

Cancellation by Customer

Unfortunately we will not be able to cancel the order once it has been placed. This applies to irrespective of order being “Under Process” or “Shipped”.

Tracking your Order

Once your order is shipped , tracking information will be sent to you via email or on your phone through Text message or Whatsapp message (if you are a regular whatsapp user). Please note that the tracking information on courier service provider’s website is normally available after 24 Business hours once the shipping label is created. Please note that the order status may show “Processing” till the time it is not delivered.
