SHIPPING AND RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY:
We strive to ship all orders as fast as we can with best couriers by AIR to most pin codes. However – as we list & book products which are under pre-booking the Delivery time can vary between 1 Week to up to 4 weeks. There can be times when you ordered 2 or more products – in such cases you may receive the product at different times as per stock availability and through different courier partners.
“Original Suits & Dress Material” are mostly sold-out during pre-booking period only , so we would suggest you to book your order as soon as possible to avoid delays and plan well in advance if you are placing an order for an occasion. In addition to this “TENTATIVE SHIP DATE” and “TENTATIVE SHIP TIME” are generally mentioned under “Product Description” section on every product listed on the website as given in example below:

Tentative Release/Ship Date is mentioned under every product you order. In General delivery time is given below for your reference:
Delivery time for Ready to Ship Unstitched Products – within 3-5 days (For most pin codes in India)
Products marked as SHIPS BY TOMORROW OR SHIPS WITHIN A DAY OR 24 HRS SHIPPING will be shipped within 24 Working hours (Excluding Weekends and Public Holidays) – Applicable for PREPAID Orders Only on SELECT PIN CODES.
Pre-Book/Upcoming Stock – within 7-10 days after arrival date (For most pin codes in India).
Back-Ordered Products (Specially ordered on request from customer) – 4 to 5 weeks from the date of Order.
To be stitched/Stitching Service Orders – 2- 4 weeks after release date (For most pin codes in India)
Please note that the Order Status may show PROCESSING even if your order has been packed or shipped till the time you receive the delivery. Processing may not necessarily mean that your order has not been shipped.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (OUTSIDE INDIA):
We provide International Shipping at a nominal price. Actual International shipping rates will vary depending on weight and dimensions of the package that is sent. We ship International orders through DHL or FEDEX. For more information – please call or whatsapp at +91.8929388388.
**All taxes – Custom duties (if any) will be borne by the Customer as per laws in home country.
Delivery time for International Delivery (Outside India) will be between 10-45 days.
Order in Pre-Booking
Most of the stock on our website is under pre-booking. Pre-Booking means that – a collection has been announced by the designer and photo shoot has been completed but physical delivery of stock is awaited. We have to work on this pre-booking model because there is a limited quantity of products available with the ORIGINAL designer.
We need to give them our bookings as soon as possible so that our customers can get the stock. If we do not work on pre-booking model then most of the stock will be unavailable as it will be already sold out if we wait till its release.
Although tentative ship dates of pre-booking stock is mentioned under every product – there are chances due to unavoidable reasons – like Geo Political issues , delays at customs , bad weather – that stock is delayed by a few days. In this case – we are always open for exchange or cancellation of order if order gets delayed beyond a few days from the mentioned tentative ship date. Rest assured The Fashion Station gets the stock from designer FIRST always in India. This means that no other estore , vendor or importer can provide you new stock faster than us.
We always recommend that if you need a material for an occasion/festival like Diwali or Eid – or you have a tight schedule – please check with us first and then order to avoid any inconvenience later.

CASH ON DELIVERY POLICY:
Cash on Delivery Charges will be Extra ₹200/- per Item (This fees is charged by courier company).
To save COD charges you may place Online Paid Order.
Cash on delivery is available to more than 26000 pin codes in India.
However – Our COD FACILITY is NOT available for the following :
- Non-COD Serviceable Pin Codes in India
- When order value is more than ₹ 5000
- Ready to Wear & Stitched Collection
- Bulk Orders
- Products in SALE category
- Products in “Footwear, bags category”
- Orders which have Stitching service included in Cart
- When shipping address is Outside India
Some customers do not accept COD order at the time of delivery due to various reasons – including change of mind , delay in delivery of order , fake orders , a slightly better deal on some other website / vendor etc. Due to this the parcel comes back to us which is called as RTO or return to Origin – which includes 200% courier fee. That means that for a parcel that is not delivered and comes back to us we have to spend approx Rs 400-600 INR unnecessarily. Moreover if the material was short in supply it is blocked only in transit for 15-20 days – and during this time a genuine buyer is not able to buy that product as it becomes temporarily out of stock! So- in the end only the genuine customers suffer due to non-delivery of a confirmed COD order.
We are always happy to provide COD of any value to all genuine customers who have a good track record in accepting COD orders. We process such orders manually and change a high value transaction into COD for all genuine clients. On the other hand – we blacklist all customers who do not accept COD orders without a valid reason.
In addition to this please also note that, “If any Confirmed COD order” is refused by a customer at the time of delivery , we will not be able to provide COD facility to that client in future.
Reason being:
1. The Product if refused gets blocked because of that order and some one else is not able to place the order. This is specially true for those products for which we have very limited quantity or those products which have a High demand.
2. The reverse logistics is an additional cost which ultimately affects overall pricing on the site.
However there can be genuine cases where the refusal of COD will be accepted, for e.g. if order processing time gets delayed by more than 20 days in case of ready to ship orders. We want your shopping experience be an enjoyable one. This policy is for benefit of all our valued customers.
Please also note that shipping time of COD orders will be 8-14 days from date of Order. This can be a little more longer in case a product is under pre-booking or upcoming category. Pre-Paid orders are usually shipped faster.
RETURNS POLICY
IMPORTANT:
Once, the order is delivered, kindly make a 360-degree parcel opening video without any pause, trim, or cuts ensuring the parcel opening is clearly visible. No claims of defective/wrong product without a parcel opening video will be entertained.

OUR 10 DAYS RETURNS POLICY (Please raise return request same day you receive the order) – IF YOU ARE NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR PURCHASE – WE ACCEPT RETURNS AS PER POLICY GIVEN BELOW:
Returnable Items : Unstitched Salwar Suits , Kurtis from any category can be returned except from any Items from SALE OR DISCOUNTED Category or an Item Purchased at a Discounted Price using a Promo code or offer.
- Only Unused and Unstitched Dress Material can be returned if informed on same day of delivery.
- The product should reach us within 10 days from date of delivery on our return address that we will send you via email.
- Once we receive the product we will arrange for exchange or refund in form of FSTN Store Credit as per your request.
- Refunds of your order will be done in form of store credit (Fashion Station Wallet) only which will be valid for six months which can be used to place a new order.
- Return cost will be borne by the customer.

Non Returnable Items :
- STITCHED , PRET or Custom Stitched Products are Strictly Non-Returnable irrespective of wrong size or fit.
- Perfumes , Jewellery , Men’s Kurta Payjama , Bags , Clutches , Foot-Wear , Jootis , Stitched Suits and made to order suits cannot be Cancelled – exchanged or returned.
- Items under any offer or any item in discount or from our “SALE” category or bought using a promotion code or coupon cannot be cancelled , exchanged or returned except when we sent you a wrong or a faulty item. (Misprint, Beads or tassels coming out , uneven edges of dupatta , difference in shade , lesser fabric will not be considered as faulty or defective. )

Cost of Returns Logistics:
We are the only store in Original Lawn Dress Market who has 10 Days return policy. This we have kept for our customers who do not want to keep something which they didn’t like. But from our point also you need to understand that we cannot provide returns shipping as its an additional cost in addition to additional cost we incurred in forward logistics by providing you FREE SHIPPING. When we are going extra mile for our clients we do expect a tiny cooperation from our clients to send the disliked material back .
This practice will also ensure that we keep minimal margins of our stock online and can pass on benefits to clients like for e.g. by providing best online rates , providing sales and offers from time to time. Once confirmed by our executive , please dispatch the Items by any courier service you want to the address provided to you by our Executive. The Return parcel should reach us within 10 days from date of delivery.
PLEASE MENTION ORDER NUMBER ON TOP OF THE PACKAGE.
Once return is received and inspected – we will process refunds etc as per store policy given here.
COLOR VARIATION :
No Guarantee on Color: Please note that the www.thefashionstation.in does not give any sort of color or shade guarantee on fabrics. For any complaints related to color or difference in shade please contact respective designer directly.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation of Order by The Fashion Station
TheFashionStation.in reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price, delay in arrival of stock or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received. The 100% payment shall be refunded (as per refunds policy) and the customer shall be informed of the same.
Cancellation by Customer
Unfortunately we will not be able to cancel the order once it has been placed. This applies to irrespective of order being “Under Process” or “Shipped”.
International Order (Shipped out of India)
Unfortunately – we will not be able to cancel , exchange or return any order which is shipped to outside India.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds of your order will be done in form of store credit (Fashion Station Wallet) – Credited within 30 minutes – which can be used to place a new orders. Refund to source (In case of pre-paid order) can be done only if the order has been Cancelled by the Fashion Station or we are unable to ship the order within 30 days of placing the order on our website.
In a Special case (subject to approval by https://www.thefashionstation.in ) cash refunds can be requested by submitting the refund request form available here. (Refund to source will be processed within 30 working days once approved.)
Tracking your Order
Once your order is shipped , tracking information will be sent to you via email or on your phone through Text message or Whatsapp message (if you are a regular whatsapp user). Please note that the tracking information on courier service provider’s website is normally available after 24 Business hours once the shipping label is created. Please note that the order status may show “Processing” till the time it is not delivered.
