CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation of Order by The Fashion Station
TheFashionStation.in reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price, delay in arrival of stock or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received. The 100% payment shall be refunded (as per refunds policy) and the customer shall be informed of the same.
Cancellation by Customer
Unfortunately we will not be able to cancel the order once it has been placed. This applies to irrespective of order being “Under Process” or “Shipped”.
International Order (Shipped out of India)
Unfortunately – we will not be able to cancel , exchange or return any order which is shipped to outside India.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds of your order will be done in form of store credit (Fashion Station Wallet) only- which can be used to place a new order. Refund to source (In case of pre-paid order) can be done only if the order has been Cancelled by the Fashion Station or we are unable to ship the order within 30 days of placing the order on our website.
In a Special case (subject to approval by https://www.thefashionstation.in ) cash refunds can be requested by submitting the refund request form available here.
