The Fashion Station reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product listed at an incorrect price, for delay in stock arrival, or for any other reason — regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment has been received.
Where we cancel or are unable to fulfil or deliver your order, the full amount is refunded to your original payment method. You will be informed by email. See our refund policy for details.
Once a custom or made-to-order dress is placed, it enters production immediately. All such purchases are considered final and non-refundable.
After confirmation, the order cannot be cancelled, modified or exchanged for any reason — including changes in event dates, personal circumstances, sizing issues or change of mind.
Each custom or made-to-order dress requires a dedicated production period, which varies by design and detailing. Custom-order delivery can take 45 to 60 days.
