The Zara Shahjahan Story

A Glorified Celebration of Vintage Fashion

Zara Shahjahan studied miniature painting at the National College of Arts — and it shows in every piece she creates. Conceived during her time at NCA and launched after graduation in 2004, the brand grew from a deeply personal vision: to celebrate Pakistan’s rich artistic and cultural heritage through fashion.

Her label is defined by a distinctive soft, feminine aesthetic — floral motifs, earthy palettes, vintage-inspired silhouettes and stories drawn from Lahore’s streets, its architecture, its Mughal gardens and its folk art.

The brand operates two labels: the luxury Zara Shahjahan line and the popular sub-brand Coco by Zara Shahjahan — which brought the brand’s signature aesthetic to a wider audience.
