SHIPPING , CANCELLATION, RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Ltd., a company incorporated under the laws of India, having its registered office at E-65 Site 5 Kasna Greater Noida Uttar Pradesh Pin 201310 India (“Zainab Global Arts Pvt Ltd”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is managing and operating the website www.thefashionstation.in and the corresponding mobile and tablet applications thereof   (The Fashion Station is collectively referred to as the “Platform”) through which it inter alia, offers various retail solutions, facilitates the online sale and purchase of a diverse range of products including lifestyle, fashion, clothing, appeal, footwear, accessories, other products listed on the Platforms from time to time (“Products”) to the users of the Platforms  (“User” or “Users” or “you” or “your”).

We aim to provide the best customer experience to our Users beginning from placing an order to initiating a return on the Platforms. While transacting on the Platforms, you can expect a hassle-free experience in shipping, returning, cancelling & refunds of the Products that you have ordered/booked and can rely on us as your preferred shopping destination.

The Terms and Conditions published on the Platforms shall be read by reference here. This cancellation, return, and refund policy (“Policy”), together with the Terms and Conditions sets out The Fashion Station’s procedures and policies in accepting: (2) cancellation, (3) Product return once the Product is delivered to the User, and (4) refund thereof. Any cancellation or refund of Products by you are subject to the terms and conditions set out under this Policy.

1.0 SHIPPING POLICY:

We strive to ship all orders as fast as we can with best couriers by AIR to most pin codes.  However – as we  list & book some of the products which are under pre-booking the Delivery time can vary between 1 Week to up to 4 weeks. There can be times when you ordered 2 or more products – in such cases you may receive the product at different times as per stock availability and through different courier partners.

Below is approximate timelines by which you can expect the delivery:

DELIVERY IN INDIA:

Tentative Release/Ship Date is mentioned under every product you order. In General delivery time is given below for your reference:

Delivery time for Ready to Ship Unstitched Products – within 3-5 days (For most pin codes in India)

Products marked as SHIPS BY TOMORROW OR SHIPS WITHIN A DAY OR 24 HRS SHIPPING will be shipped within 24 Working hours (Excluding Weekends and Public Holidays) – Applicable for PREPAID Orders Only on SELECT PIN CODES.

To be stitched/Stitching Service Orders – 2- 4 weeks after release date (For most pin codes in India)

Products in Pre-Booking

Some of the products on our website are under pre-booking. Tentative Shipping time of Products in pre-booking is given on product page below the product description.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (OUTSIDE INDIA):

We provide International Shipping at a nominal price. Actual International shipping rates will vary depending on weight and dimensions of the package that is sent. We ship International orders through DHL or FEDEX.

**All taxes – Custom duties (if any) will be borne by the Customer as per laws in home country. 

Delivery time for International Delivery (Outside India) will be between 10-45 days.

 

2.0 CANCELLATION POLICY

 

Cancellation of Order by The Fashion Station

TheFashionStation.in reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price, delay in arrival of stock or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received. The 100% payment shall be refunded (as per refunds policy) and the customer shall be informed of the same.

Cancellation by Customer

Unfortunately we will not be able to cancel the order once it has been placed. This applies to irrespective of order being “Under Process” or “Shipped”.

International Order (Shipped out of India)

Unfortunately – we will not be able to cancel , exchange or return any order which is shipped to outside India.

3.0 RETURNS POLICY

OUR 10 DAYS  RETURNS POLICY (Please raise return request same day you receive the order) – IF YOU ARE NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR PURCHASE – WE ACCEPT RETURNS AS PER POLICY GIVEN BELOW:

Returnable Items : Unstitched Salwar Suits , Kurtis from any category can be returned except from any Items from SALE OR DISCOUNTED Category or an Item Purchased at a Discounted Price using a Promo code or offer.

  • Only Unused and Unstitched Dress Material can be returned if informed on same day of delivery.
  • The product should reach us within 10 days from date of delivery on our return address that we will send you via email.
  • Once we receive the product we will arrange for exchange or refund in form of FSTN Store Credit as per your request.
  • Refunds of your order will be done in form of store credit (Fashion Station Wallet) only which will be valid for six months which can be used to place a new order.
  • Return cost will be borne by the customer.

Once, the order is delivered, kindly make a 360-degree parcel opening video without any pause, trim, or cuts ensuring the parcel opening is clearly visible. No claims of defective/wrong product without a parcel opening video will be entertained.

Non Returnable Items : 

  • STITCHED , PRET or Custom Stitched Products are Strictly Non-Returnable irrespective of wrong size or fit.
  • Perfumes , Jewellery , Men’s Kurta Payjama , Bags , Clutches , Foot-Wear , Jootis , Stitched Suits and made to order suits  cannot be Cancelled – exchanged or returned.
  • Items under any offer or any item in discount or from our “SALE” category or bought using a promotion code or coupon cannot be cancelled , exchanged or returned.

Important: Once, the order is delivered, kindly make a 360-degree parcel opening video without any pause, trim, or cuts ensuring the parcel opening is clearly visible. No claims of defective/wrong product without a parcel opening video will be entertained.

4.0 REFUND POLICY

Refunds of your order will be done in form of store credit (Fashion Station Wallet) – Credited within 2-3 Business Days – which can be used to place a new orders.

5.0 NOTE ABOUT MADE TO ORDER OR CUSTOM MADE ORDER PRODUCTS

Important Information regarding Custom & made to Order Dresses:

Please note the following terms:

  1. All Custom and Made-to-Order Purchases are Final:
    Once an order for a custom or made-to-order dress is placed, it enters production immediately. As a result, all such purchases are considered final and non-refundable.

  2. No Cancellations or Modifications:
    After an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or exchanged for any reason, including but not limited to changes in event dates, personal circumstances, sizing issues, or change of mind.

  3. Production Timeline:
    Each custom or made-to-order dress requires a dedicated production period, which may vary based on the design and details. Please ensure you review estimated delivery timelines carefully before placing your order. Custom order delivery can take up-to 45 to 60 days.

  4. Order Confirmation:
    By placing a custom or made-to-order request, you acknowledge and agree to this non-refundable policy. We encourage all customers to review their order details carefully before confirming.
