Impact of Pan India Lock Down on Our Operations

Hope you are doing well and taking good care of your self and your loved ones by taking full precautions as suggested by authorities amid the Pandemic of Covid19- (Novel Corona Virus) –  We request you to stay indoors and take all required steps which are essential for your safety .

As a responsible team we are taking full care at our end to ensure safety of all our customers and staff.

How will the lock-down impact our operations:

  1. The pickup and delivery of our couriers will be impacted. Virtually no delivery till the lock-down ends. However as soon as the situation becomes normal we will send all pending orders via fastest possible mode – remember your order is in safe hands 🙂
  2. Our customer support including chat , email and on call will be offline or we will be working intermittently from home whenever possible.  Rest assured as soon as we have excess to all required information and things become normal any issue that you face during this period will be taken care of. We will fully cooperate with you – at the same time as always we want your kind patience and support.
  3. You can continue to place NEW orders – there is no issue in placing new orders however they will be shipped once the lock-down is over. Remember we are a small team and we  need your support – so that families and staff connected with us is not impacted – so yes you can continue to place your orders.
  4. Any approved pending returns or approved refunds will be done after the lock-down is over.
  5. We are 100% committed to solve any on-going on pending issues with any of your order but that will be done post lock-down.
